AI Research Engineer Position
We're seeking an AI Research Engineer to join our dynamic team. Your mission will be to advance our research in DX(AX) and HAI(HCI), developing cutting-edge AI solutions that bridge the gap between advanced technology and human understanding.
What You'll Achieve:
Conduct groundbreaking research in AI, focusing on local and embedding models
Develop and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance human-AI interaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI innovations into practical applications
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously updating our approaches and methodologies
Skills You'll Need:
Expertise in AI research: Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and human-computer interaction
Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks
Problem-solving prowess: Ability to tackle complex AI challenges with innovative solutions
Excellent communication: Skill in explaining complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Passion for education: Enthusiasm for making AI accessible and understandable to a wide audience
Nice to Haves:
