About The Role
3blocks develops products for AI literacy, ranging from interactive AI learning platforms to advanced human-AI interaction tools. These are used by individual learners, educational institutions, and enterprises alike. We're looking for a senior product manager to help us make 3blocks the most trusted and effective platform for AI education and interaction in the world, especially in this era of rapid AI advancement that is reshaping how people think about and interact with technology.
What You'll Achieve:
Ship product improvements that enhance AI literacy and interaction capabilities for millions of users worldwide.
Create new features that make understanding, interacting with, and leveraging AI more intuitive and accessible.
Collaborate with our AI research team to translate cutting-edge developments into user-friendly products.
Guide the prioritization of work and help make resourcing decisions across our product suite.
Develop strategies to measure and improve AI literacy and interaction efficacy among our users.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech or AI-related products
Track record of working on high-quality products that excel in user experience and educational value
Experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions in complex domains
Strong collaboration skills, especially with AI researchers, designers, engineers, and education specialists
Commitment to building diverse and inclusive product teams
Passion for AI education and making complex technologies accessible to a wide audience
Ability to balance user needs with business impact, particularly in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
Nice to Haves:
Background in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or equivalent technical experience
Familiarity with AI ethics and its societal implications
Knowledge of educational psychology or learning science principles
Experience with AI tools and platforms
Awareness of HCI pioneers and modern AI researchers, understanding their influence on our work
